Paradigm Management Co is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Commercial Auto Underwriter / Risk Analyst (No formal certification required).
If you have experience in the U.S. auto insurance market (as an agent, customer service rep, or processor) and want to transition into an analytical, back-office risk assessment role, this is your opportunity. You will be responsible for evaluating risk, processing applications, and maintaining strong relationships with U.S. brokers based on pre-established market guidelines.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Risk Evaluation: Process and evaluate commercial auto insurance quote applications. Determine eligibility and approvals according to our established Carrier Guidelines.
Data Verification: Gather, verify, and audit client information, driving records (MVRs), and prior loss histories.
Data Entry & Accuracy: Review approved applications, coverage amounts, and premiums requested by the broker. Perform accurate data entry into our management systems.
Broker Relations: Maintain professional communication with U.S. brokers/agents. Monitor application status, follow up on missing documents, and resolve underwriting inquiries via email and phone.
Requirements & Skills:English Proficiency: 90%-100% fluent (written and spoken). Must be able to hold professional conversations with U.S. brokers.
Experience: Previous experience in the U.S. Auto Insurance Industry (as an underwriter, underwriting assistant, insurance agent, or specialized insurance customer service representative).
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail. Ability to read financial/legal documents and driving records to identify risks.
Tech-Savvy: Quick learning capacity for new software.
Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure, basic negotiation skills, and a professional, team-oriented demeanor.
Sueldo Base: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 MXN mensuales (Sueldo neto determinado con base a experiencia).
