Bilingual Sales Representative (Inbound Hotel Reservations) | English B2

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls from customers looking to book hotel reservations.
- Understand each customer's travel needs and recommend the best hotel options.
- Present rates, promotions, and available accommodations.
- Overcome objections using consultative sales techniques.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed hotel reservations.
- Meet and exceed sales, quality, and productivity goals.
- Accurately document customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
Requirements:
- English proficiency: B2 or higher.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, Retail Sales, Hospitality, BPO, or Call Center is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume inbound sales environment.
- Ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Chihuahua.
