Responsable de brindar apoyo en la ejecución de los procesos de Recursos Humanos, principalmente en el área de capacitación y desarrollo del personal. Participa en la coordinación e implementación de programas de entrenamiento, inducción de nuevos colaboradores y seguimiento a planes de formación.
Administra y actualiza registros de capacitación, apoya en la elaboración de reportes e indicadores del área, y colabora en actividades administrativas de Recursos Humanos como control de expedientes, apoyo en evaluaciones de desempeño y cumplimiento de políticas internas.
Contribuye al fortalecimiento del talento dentro de la organización mediante el seguimiento oportuno de los procesos de aprendizaje y desarrollo del personal.
