We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team and contribute to the assurance and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes within the automotive industry.
he ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a preventive approach to quality, and experience solving problems through structured methodologies.
Main Responsabilities:

Lead the analysis and resolution of internal and customer quality issues.

Perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Lead and follow up on 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other problem-solving methodologies.

Participate in the development and updating of PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and PPAP documentation.

Monitor and analyze quality indicators such as PPM, scrap, rework, customer complaints, and cost of poor quality.

Participate in internal, process, product, and customer audits.

Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely and effective closure of action plans.

Identify process risks and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

Work cross-functionally with Production Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments.

Support APQP activities, new product launches, engineering changes, and process modifications.

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.

Promote continuous improvement and process standardization.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in Quality within the automotive industry.

Experience with IATF 16949 and Core Tools (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, VDA 6.3, quality indicators, and data analysis).

Intermediate to advanced level of English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and follow up on action plans.

Customer-oriented mindset and strong sense of urgency.
