We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both blue-collar and white-collar positions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and supporting the company's hiring objectives. The position also oversees external recruitment agencies for operational hiring, ensuring service quality and administrative compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, candidate sourcing, phone screenings, face-to-face interviews, offer management, hiring, onboarding coordination, and probation period evaluations.
- Recruit for both blue-collar (technical) and white-collar positions across multiple departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
- Coordinate and monitor external recruitment agencies for operational positions.
- Verify recruitment agency guarantees and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
- Review and coordinate agency invoicing and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Conversational English (spoken and written).
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Availability to work on-site at the manufacturing plant.
