Monitor monthly and yearly S&OP (Sales and Operations) for the designed customers.
Maximize production / utilization of shared manufacturing resources while ensuring full consistency with the mix of MPS products, volumes, and required availability dates.
Track manufacturing performance / daily performance against schedule, challenging and understanding whenever performance deviates from standard.
Monitor stock coverage daily to avoid out-of-stock and overstock by adjusting the run sequence if possible or by raising the issue with the Master Scheduler.
Sequence work orders according to high MPS demand requirements for specific products and production lines, understanding all the physical and personnel limitations of these lines.
Create and implement integrated systems and tools for carrying out production processes, such as inventory control, cost analysis; logistics, material flow, and production coordination.
