This role offers opportunities both as a Junior Project Manager and a Process Engineer. From day one, you will lead meaningful projects impacting the production of globally recognized branded products. Key Responsibilities:
As Junior Project Manager:

Support and assist in executing strategies within the team and organization.

Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.

Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, or category, ensuring clearly defined objectives are met.

Collaborate effectively with team members to maximize impact and enhance learning.

Work under direct supervision, adhering to established procedures and policies.
As Process Engineer:

Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate operational losses and inefficiencies.

Lead the implementation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment, initiatives, and projects.

Collaborate with technical experts, functional areas, and other manufacturing plants to develop best solutions.

Design learning programs and train operations technicians.

Create and improve operational standards to meet production line performance objectives.

Work with automation technologies, robotics, and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.
