Analista de Exportación Marítima
Aufgaben
Coordinar operaciones de exportación marítima desde la recepción de documentos hasta la entrega en destino.
Dar seguimiento a embarques en conjunto con clientes, proveedores, agentes internacionales y socios comerciales.
Coordinar el despacho aduanal a través de agentes aduanales externos.
Mantener actualizada la información de las operaciones en el sistema operativo.
Asegurar una comunicación oportuna con clientes respecto al estatus de sus embarques.
Elaborar y controlar la documentación requerida para las operaciones.
Dar seguimiento a indicadores y resultados operativos.
Mantener el archivo y control documental de cada operación.
Profil
Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales o carrera afín.
Experiencia en operaciones de Export Sea Freight.
Conocimiento del proceso de exportación marítima.
Inglés intermedio (principalmente comunicación escrita con agentes internacionales).
Manejo de Microsoft Office.
Organización y atención al detalle.
Excelente comunicación y orientación al cliente.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples embarques simultáneamente.
