IT Project Management Specialist
We are seeking an IT Project Management Specailist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an IT Project Management Specialist at Marsh, you will play a pivotal role in leading application related initiatives that span the full software development Lifecycle. Initiatives include managing software enhancements, leading application rollouts, providing software admin support, and managing the Marketing & Communications’ growing application inventory. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to our ongoing evolution as a multinational organization.
We will count on you to :
Lead and implement app development projects, driving them from conception to completion.
Apply Project Manager and Business Analyst skills for Marketing and Communication teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide Admin Support to key enterprise applications.
Provide support in creating and managing dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
What you need to have :
Strong communication skills in English (C1 level) to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and data-driven business analysis.
Proven experience in leading initiatives and coordinating projects proactively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
