We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join one of the world's largest automotive services companies.
You will work within the Engineering Platform Team, responsible for GitHub Enterprise, reusable developer automation, cloud infrastructure, and secure engineering enablement. The project domain covers Developer Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Cloud Automation.
As a senior engineer, you will deliver scalable platform automation, improve developer productivity, and contribute to AI-assisted engineering best practices.
Responsibilities

Design and develop reusable GitHub Actions

Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform
-
Improve CI/CD pipelines and release automation
-
Contribute to DevSecOps, security, compliance, and operational excellence

Apply AI development standards using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
-
Support fellow engineers through design discussions and code reviews
-
Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master on planning and delivery
-
Participate in production support and continuous platform improvement
Requirements

3+ years of experience in software or platform engineering
-
Strong ownership skills and ability to drive tasks to completion independently

Solid proficiency in Python
-
Hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform

Skills in GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD

Background in Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and Linux
-
Competency in DevSecOps, operating production services, and security tooling (SonarQube, CodeQL, Veracode)

Familiarity with PagerDuty for incident response

Daily hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot
-
Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM fundamentals, and AI-assisted software development

Ability to apply AI in engineering workflows

Strong written documentation skills

Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have

Practical examples of using Anthropic Claude Code in real-world engineering scenarios

Background in DevOps practices

Knowledge of TypeScript and/or Node.js
