General Summary:
We are seeking a Staff Workday Analyst - Total Rewards, with a primary focus on Advanced Compensation, to join our HR Technology Team. The ideal candidate will take on a key role in leading the configuration and improvement of Advanced Compensation, as well as providing support for either Core HCM or Talent and Performance processes. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys addressing complex challenges, collaborating across various teams, and contributing to the effectiveness of our global workforce.
This role requires full-time onsite work in Mexico City (5 days per week).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation work streams, driving system design, configuration and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
Must have hands-on experience in running larger global enterprise annual review cycle process administration end to end
Ability to manage / lead all aspects of SDLC including requirement gathering, project work plans, documentation, solution design, technical configuration, test development, and related deployment activities.
Comfortable leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize decisions and tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Collaborate with senior leadership, and business partners to define business processes, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results based on business need.
Key decision-maker in solution design in collaboration with team lead and cross functional teams
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to optimize Workday system design and configuration.
Design and prototype solutions, present options, lead design workshops as needed coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple teams to ensure effective and timely completion as well as assess the readiness of the teams.
Provide accurate estimates of effort and resources required to complete tasks and projects
Mentor and guide teammates to promote knowledge sharing and growth, collaborate with global teams
Understanding of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR
Be an active member on the Workday Community, review new features, product defects, and advocate for desired enhancements
Partner within team to analyze impact of new versions of Workday and recommend new features to further discovery
Highly analytical thinker, connected/up on current HR technology trends.
Level of Responsibility:
8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years of Workday experience
Must have in-depth hands-on configuration experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
Have a solid understanding of architectural patterns and comfortable with recommending approaches and associated technology choices.
Depth of knowledge in Workday's core architecture including business process framework, security, and reporting
Experience across multiple functional areas is desired; specific areas of interest include Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Security, Talent & Performance
Communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during project execution.
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in simple business friendly terms
Ability to work independently in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Experience implementing systems in multiple regions, familiar with a global work environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
7+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
