Scope:

Recruitment, Talent and Performance include day-to-day support tickets and working on enhancement requests with a primary focus on Workday HCM, Talent & Performance.

As part of the ASIS team, this position will help drive the technical advancement of the Workday HCM solution by troubleshooting production issues, implementing best practices, and delivering secure, compliant enhancements across Workday functional domains. Working on enhancements related to Workday HCM modules.

What you’ll do:

Support day-to-day operations and enhancements in Workday HCM, with primary focus on HCM, Talent & Performance.

Troubleshoot production issues, analyse root causes, and implement sustainable fixes across Workday functional areas.

Ability to extend work on different Workday Modules such as security, recruiting, and absence.

Partner with stakeholders, platform teams, and product teams to gather requirements, design solutions, test changes, and support deployments.

Support the team and working along with the team.

Contribute to ongoing projects and enhancements while ensuring compliance with best practices and secure solution design.
What we are looking for:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.

Good expertise in Workday HCM, Talent & Performance.

Knowledge of report writing, calculated fields.

Exposure to Workday Integrations.

Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
