We’re Hiring: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: On-Site, site in downtown Monterrey, at Centro Cuauhtémoc.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00PM (DST may cause the schedule to vary)
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: $15,000.00MXN before taxes + $1,069.00MXN in food vouchers + $220.00MXN company bonus + law and above the law benefits (minor medical plan, nutritional & psychological program once a month)
About the Role
- Provide full customer support regarding any concern or request
- Probing to understand the root cause of the dissatisfaction to provide a tailored solution
- Remaining calm and patient with irate or emotional customers, turning negative experiences into positive ones
- Converting detractors into promoters
Requirements
- Advanced English Skills/B2+
- High School Diploma1 year of call center experience
- Computer & Typing Skills
- Extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral, active listener.
- No fear on the phone and excellent written communication for crafting strategic outreach.
