The Operations Manager is a key leader at TSS Reynosa, responsible for executing the plant’s operational strategy and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality rubber molding operations that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage daily rubber molding operations (compression, injection, and/or transfer).
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to efficiency, scrap, and on-time delivery.
- Lead and develop production and support teams.
- Support new product launches and process improvements.
- Report operational performance directly to the General Manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in an operations leadership role within rubber manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of rubber molding processes and manufacturing KPIs.
- Bilingual (with strong communication skills)
- Hands-on leadership with strong problem-solving abilities.
