Job Description:
About the role
Great engineering tools only create value when people adopt them. You will help make that happen. You join the PLM Stakeholder Engagement team and turn technical change into clear communications, visuals, and data that drive user adoption across Schneider's global engineering community.
This role blends three things: internal communications, creative content, and light data analysis. If you like design, storytelling, and organized follow-through, you will fit well.
What you will do?
-
Support the PLM Stakeholder Engagement Leader with our Change Agents network (PLM Champions): communication plans, certification tracking, activity follow-up, recognition, and monthly meetings.
-
Design engaging content: how-to guides, FAQs, short videos, and digital resources that boost adoption.
-
Run internal communications for our user communities, so stakeholders stay informed on PLM changes and their impact.
-
Track and analyze Change Agent tasks and adoption data, then turn it into simple visuals and status updates.
-
Find ways to automate and simplify engagement and communication workflows.
-
Support other engagement initiatives across the team.
What you will gain?
-
Real exposure to a global Digital Engineering organization and its stakeholders.
-
Hands-on practice in change management, communications, and analytics.
-
A portfolio of published guides, videos, and campaigns.
-
Mentoring from experienced platform and engagement leaders.
