CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Advanced English (conversational and business level).
- Valid visa.
- Effective communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the preparation of customer PPAP documentation.
- Follow up on customer complaints and prepare 8D reports.
- Ensure the preparation and support of customer audits.
- Support customers in solving quality-related issues.
- Define implementation and continuous improvement plans related to quality.
