DESCRIPTION
Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering (MS preferred).- Minimum 5 years of structural design analysis with aluminum and steel structures.
- Must be a self-starter, with demonstrated autonomy, able to handle unexpected events and take advantage of opportunities to achieve results to meet and exceed expectations
- Must perform as a flexible team member and be a proficient leader and developer of technical people
- Must be able to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Root Cause Analysis
- Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis and related software
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient with structural design analysis programs; RISA-3D, SAP2000, STAAD…etc.- High knowledge of US building codes and design manuals.
- High experience working with latest AutoCAD and Microsoft Office packages.

- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple projects and flexible to change tasks with short time notice.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Coordinate products shop drawings, manufacturing, installation, support, and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and design requirements.
- Generates AutoCAD details based on conceptual sketches or needs to develop custom design to meet the needs of the customers.
- Assumes additional related responsibilities and duties as assigned by management
