Senior Customer Service | Automotive Industry

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service professional with strong experience in the automotive manufacturing industry to serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Manage and follow up on customer orders, requirements, deliveries, and priorities.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Warehouse, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Monitor on-time deliveries and proactively address potential delays or supply issues.
- Manage customer information and requirements through SAP, Oracle, and customer portals.
- Follow up on order status, inventory availability, shipments, and production requirements.
- Analyze customer demand and communicate changes or priorities internally.
- Support the resolution of customer complaints, delivery issues, and urgent requirements.
- Monitor customer service KPIs, including Customer Satisfaction, On-Time Delivery, Inventory Accuracy, and Production Plan Compliance.
- Participate in meetings and conference calls with international customers.
- Prepare reports and provide visibility of customer requirements, risks, and pending actions.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with key customer contacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong experience working directly with automotive customers.
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, production planning, and shipping processes.
- Experience using SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems.
- Experience managing customer portals.
- Advanced / Business English – required.
- Ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with international customers.
- Valid passport – required.
- Valid U.S. visa preferred.
- Availability for international travel.

Monday to Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
