VP of Commercial, Caribbean & Latin America – will lead the overall commercial strategy across the Caribbean & Latin America region, driving topline performance, market positioning, revenue generation, sales effectiveness, distribution strategy, brand alignment and overall commercial execution for the portfolio.
This role will provide strategic leadership and operational direction across all commercial disciplines, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Distribution, Digital Strategy, Public Relations and Business Development support, while partnering closely with Operations, Ownership Groups and Corporate Leadership.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position requires the ability to perform the following essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lead and oversee the regional commercial strategy for all CALA properties and projects.
- Drive topline revenue growth through effective sales, revenue management, marketing and distribution strategies.
- Partner with property leadership teams to establish and execute commercial goals, budgets and performance plans.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Distribution and Brand Positioning initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Ownership Groups to align commercial strategy with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, forecasting and performance metrics to support decision-making and maximize profitability.
- Support openings, transitions, repositionings and commercial ramp-up strategies for new and existing properties.
- Assist in developing regional commercial standards, reporting structures, tools and best practices.
- Represent the company in commercial discussions, ownership presentations and strategic meetings as required.
- Build, mentor and support commercial talent and organizational structure across the region.

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong commercial leadership experience within hospitality, hotels, resorts or related sectors.
- Proven experience leading multi-property or regional commercial functions preferred.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Distribution and hotel commercial strategy.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a growing and evolving regional structure.
- Strong interpersonal, ownership relations and leadership skills.
- Experience within Caribbean and/or Latin America markets preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout the region as required.
- English required; Spanish required. Additional languages are a plus.
DESIRED SOFTWARE PROFICIENCIES:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- General understanding of reporting tools, business analytics, and presentation platforms.
