The Logistics Finance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring visibility, accuracy, and control of logistics-related expenses across the supply chain. This position partners closely with Logistics, Trade Compliance, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to support transportation payment processes, maintain audit-ready documentation, and provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
What You Will Do
Manage and monitor payments associated with logistics and transportation service providers.
- Validate invoices, supporting documentation, and payment records to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and auditable documentation related to logistics transactions and supplier payments.
- Analyze logistics-related expenses, including freight, duties, taxes, and transportation costs.
- Develop reports and data analysis to identify trends, improve cost visibility, and support business decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across air, ocean, and ground transportation operations.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, or related areas.
- Experience working with supplier payments, invoice validation, or financial controls.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and data interpretation.
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
