Implements the Training and Development Program, from determining training needs to the evaluation and registration before the corresponding authorities.
1.- Responsible for Determining the Training, Development and Employee Orientation Needs within the different areas of the Company.
2.- Implements the Training, Development and Employee Orientation Programs, contacting specialized Companies, Educational Institutions and outside Consultants to update the inventory of courses.
3.- Can Participate in the Preparation and Administration of Objectives, Training and Development Budgets, Validates the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and submits them to the Managerial Level for Approbation
4.- Controls the Selection, Production and Acquisition of Training Material and submits them for approval to Management.
5.- Coordinates and/or Participates in the Implementation of the Training and Development Courses required by the Training Program.
6.- Evaluates the Effectiveness of the Training and Development Program and proposes recommendations for improvement.
7.- Assures the Integrity of the Training and Development Process Data Base to meet the Legal requirements as the applicable International Certification ISO 13485, FDA. Responsible for Documenting and Registering before the corresponding Authorities, the Training and Development Programs.
8.- Participates in the Implementation of the Organizational Culture.
9.- Participates in the Implementation of Motivational Programs, Social, Cultural, Recreational and Sporting Events as well as Activities to Support the Community.
10.- Can Participate in the Selection, Training, Development, Motivation, and Evaluation of his/her Staff.
