Job Functions

Requirements

Advanced English and Spanish skills

At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Goal-oriented and sales-minded approach

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

High School diploma
Preferred:

Experience providing customer support or sales support within a high-volume, complex environment

Experience in outbound calling or lead qualification

Experience in insurance or related field
