Position Summary
The Electronic Technician is responsible for providing technical support for electronic and automated manufacturing systems. This includes diagnosing equipment issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting equipment startups and calibrations, and ensuring production machinery operates safely and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain electronic systems, control panels, sensors, PLC-related components, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance.

Support equipment startups, adjustments, calibrations, and operational improvements.

Read and interpret electrical/electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.

Assist in identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve process efficiency.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation in accordance with plant procedures.

Follow all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Qualifications

Technical degree, certification, or equivalent experience in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, or a related technical field.

Experience troubleshooting electronic systems, sensors, controls, instrumentation, and automated equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Basic knowledge of PLCs, electrical circuits, control systems, and industrial automation.

Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment is preferre.
