ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- We are seeking a Production Planner with at least 5 years of experience.
- Analyze weekly demand variations, firm orders, and forecast trends across all customers, ensuring alignment with business metrics and customer expectations.
- Create and release production orders in the ERP system (Epicor) according to the established schedule.
- Coordinate with the sales and materials departments to prioritize urgent or special orders.
- Balance workload across production lines to maximize capacity use.
- You will be a monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Manage risks of stockouts or excess inventory.
- Track and analyze production performance indicators to support continuous improvement.
- Identify and report wrong configurations master data issues affecting scheduling or order creation.
- Ensure data integrity in Epicor related to production orders and scheduling.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks through demand analysis, forecasting strategies, and collaboration on new technologies or methodologies to prevent process disruptions.
- Coordinate with New Launch and Engineering teams for demand planning of new products and engineering changes.
KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor´s degree in engineering.
- Fluent English language skills is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
- Experience using Power Bi and/or Epicor is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; balance multiple priorities; and complete assignments and tasks to deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, internal customers, and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to research, analyze data, and present conclusions.
- Ability to interpret organizational needs.
Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
