Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.
Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.
Roles and Responsibilities
Screen and prioritize incoming requests received via Salesforce (NEX) or via email.
Enter Quotes/Orders into SAP/Oracle based ERP System.
Purchase Order Verify (POV) existing orders.
Send out initial customer quote and order acknowledgements.
Keep key contact between QFS, Sales, Order Manager
Support global team entry activities and metrics.
Support both external and internal customers
Support new system releases and enhancement testing (i.e. SAP PMx ERP, Oracle Alpha ERP, NEX, etc.).
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Relevant experience in customer service is an advantage, experience in a multinational company is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Confident communication level of spoken and written English and fluent Spanish knowledge is a must
Capabilities to effectively communicate both horizontally and vertically with customers and within GE Vernova organizations
Solid communication skills, self-motivated, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
