Responsible for managing all Maintenance department team and ensuring the availability, reliability and maintainability of all assets trough of EHS policies to reach zero incidents. Following and creation of maintenance procedures for PdM, PM and CBM to reach all business goals applying best practices of SMRP and ensuring Availability and Reliability on all assets. Is responsible for defining the annual maintenance budget and managing spare parts warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Maintenance policies and strategies for creation and implementation.
- Develop of Criticality analysis to define ABC classification.
- Manage and define CMMS to develop strategies for planning, programming and execution.
- Plan and coordinate the Total Productive Maintenance of the plant.
- Creation and improvement of Maintenance plan based on CBM, PM and PdM.
- Work management for all maintenance activities including third-party support
- Spare part-consumable management and define critical spare part list per asset.
- Six sigma / Kaizen and Continuous improvement projects.
- Lead for Root Cause Analysis reactive and proactive to improve operations performance.
- Develop layer audits to ensure proper functioning of existing systems.
- Fulfillment of Maintenance KPI’s
- Budget maintenance control.
- Develop of Ability matrix for maintenance department and ensuring follow-up for member growth.
- New equipment introduction related to design defining, commissioning and start-up.
- Mastery of operating principles, fault diagnosis and repair ability of automated equipment (such as AGVs, robots, PLCs, servo systems, etc.).
- Professional skills in the maintenance and management of CNC equipment (FANUC control systems).
- Responsible for Automation support and projects.
- Track & follow the PM yield metric & also keep a cadence to analyze the findings & actions listed on the Technician PM activity sheet.
- Track & follow the Corrective metric & also keep a cadence to analyze the findings & actions due to corrective maintenance performed.
- Audit & ensure the PM plan place by the Maintenance intern to be completed on Monthly basis.
- Audit the PM sheets made by the technician to ensure the activities being perform correctly.
- Coordinate maintenance technicians.
- Guarantee the safety policies.
- Ensure that the safety procedures are fulfill according to Policies.
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
- Other tasks defined according to company needs.
Candidate Profile
Required Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in maintenance area, experience in project management or personnel management.
- Bilingual: Advanced English
