Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

Lead the transformation and growth of PepsiCo's North DSD Region by inspiring teams, building winning capabilities, and delivering sustainable business results. This role is responsible for bringing our commercial vision to life, accelerating profitable growth, expanding market leadership, and creating exceptional customer and consumer experiences. Your Impact

As Field Sales Management Sr Director (LG2) your scope would consist of

1. Accelerate Business Growth

Lead the North Region to deliver ambitious volume, revenue, profit, and market share goals by inspiring teams and executing winning commercial strategies that fuel sustainable growth.

2. Raise the Bar on Sales Excellence

Champion world-class execution across all sales channels, creating exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service, availability, assortment, visibility, and market coverage.

3. Inspire and Develop Talent

Build a high-performing organization by empowering leaders, fostering engagement, accelerating talent development, and creating a strong succession pipeline for the future.

4. Bring Strategy to Life

Transform national business priorities into powerful regional action plans that connect with local market realities and unlock growth opportunities.

5. Drive Productivity and Business Impact

Maximize returns by optimizing investments, resources, operating expenses, labor productivity, and route profitability while maintaining a sharp focus on business performance.

6. Lead Through Collaboration

Bring together diverse teams across Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Safety, Security, GTM, and Customer functions to break barriers, solve challenges, and accelerate results.

7. Champion Transformation and Innovation

Embrace digital tools, data-driven insights, and innovative ways of working to increase frontline productivity and strengthen execution capabilities.

Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and accountability while proactively managing risks and ensuring positive labor relations across the region.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Required Experience

Proven experience in Sales Leadership, preferably as a Regional Sales Director or equivalent commercial leadership role.
Strong field sales leadership experience with a track record of delivering sustainable business growth.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large, diverse organizations.
Demonstrated success driving business transformation, change management, and capability-building initiatives.
Experience translating commercial strategies into execution plans that deliver measurable business results.
DSD experience is preferred.

Travel & Mobility Requirements

Ability and willingness to travel extensively on a regular basis across the region to drive business performance and maintain strong field engagement.
Geographic mobility and willingness to relocate or assume assignments in different locations based on business needs and career opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree required.
Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Finance, Marketing, or related field).

Language Requirements

Fluent English (written and verbal).
