Campaign Performance Specialist:
The Campaign Performance Specialist is responsible for handling all campaign related activities, including search engine advertising (SEA), paid social, and affiliate marketing, to support campaigns and maintain a consistent media presence, working under general supervision.
Your role:
Lead omnichannel marketing activities with a strong focus on P aid Media (paid social, programmatic, search), PR and Influencer Marketing , translating brand and category strategies into impactful execution plans.
Own the relationship with external media, PR, influencer and creative agencies , ensuring best-in-class execution, budget optimization, quality deliverables, and alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
Develop, execute and optimize integrated campaigns and always-on activations, defining channel ecosystems, audience strategies, performance metrics and measurement frameworks to maximize reach, engagement and conversion.
Drive performance analytics, campaign reporting, attribution and ROI modeling, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
Act as a key partner to market teams across North Latam (Mexico, Colombia, Panamá and Ecuador) , providing guidance on digital excellence, campaign performance and stakeholder alignment, while collaborating effectively in a highly matrixed international environment.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong expertise in Paid Media, PR, Influencer Marketing, Campaign Management, and Agency Management.
Proven experience managing and leading relationships with media, PR, influencer, creative, and content agencies, ensuring high-quality execution and business impact.
Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in campaign performance measurement, ROI analysis, business intelligence tools, and digital marketing ecosystems, including e-commerce platforms.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is required, with the ability to effectively collaborate, influence stakeholders, and present to regional and global teams.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
