Plant Director - MX
Oversees all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity, providing leadership and developing strategic plans.
Essential Functions

Responsible for the production objectives of the plant.

Responsible for product quality control for the plant.
-
Directs and coordinates the operations of the plant within the company's policies and guidelines.

Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchases, production and shipping.
-
Select and train the supervisory and administrative staff of the plant.
-
Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.
-
Conduct employee performance reviews.
-
Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
-
Ensure the maintenance of a clean and safe plant.
-
Communicate with all levels of personnel through strong interpersonal skills.
-
Attend training and corporate meetings.
-
Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.
- Communicate any deviation, problem and / or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products.
