Position Summary
Incora is looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Payroll Analyst to support our Canada payroll operations from the Chihuahua Shared Service Center. This role will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, payroll validations, year-end activities, and employee payroll inquiries, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Canada payroll requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end Canada payroll process.
- Validate payroll data, including earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and employee changes.
- Review and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Support year-end payroll activities
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Provide support for employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Use ADP to process, review, and validate payroll information.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. payroll processes.
- Experience with ADP payroll system
- Experience with year-end payroll processes
- Advanced English level C1.
- Strong Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $23,000.00 - $26,000.00 per month
