REQUIREMENTS:
- Engineering, Architecture or related career. (Title)
- Master's degree (desirable)
- Language: Advanced Level English (Blingual)
- Valid USA Visa
- The interviews will be in English
- Leadership Development Experience
- Management of ERP Systems/ Power BI/ Ticket Administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1. Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and execute the master plan for preventive and predictive maintenance. Define key performance indicators (KPIs), such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), to evaluate the area's effectiveness.
- 2. Financial Management:
- Prepare, manage, and control the department's annual budget.
- Optimize operating costs through efficient management of resources, spare parts, and tools.
- Manage contracts with external suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- 3. Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise technical staff and maintenance managers.
- Evaluate team performance and foster a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.
- 4. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that all facilities and equipment comply with current workplace safety regulations.
- Implement and review occupational health protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
