Green Attic is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Closer to support our growing Commercial Solar division.
This is not a customer service, VA, or appointment-setting-only role.
Requirements
You must have:
- Proven experience personally closing sales
- Experience selling to U.S. customers or businesses
- Previous experience with a U.S. construction, solar, roofing, HVAC, remodeling, insulation, restoration, electrical, plumbing, or home-services company
- Experience following up on estimates, quotes, or proposals
- Confidence handling objections and asking for the sale
- Strong spoken and written English
- CRM and pipeline management experience
- Availability during U.S. Central Time
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects
- Qualify commercial solar opportunities
- Speak with property owners, managers, investors, and decision-makers
- Follow up on estimates and proposals
- Handle pricing and sales objections
- Ask for commitments and move opportunities toward closing
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up dates
Solar experience is strongly preferred. Proven U.S. construction/home-services sales experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
