Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage preventive maintenance activities for all plant Facilities equipment.
- Support maintenance of the entire facility, including utilities management, HVAC systems, fire protection systems, and related infrastructure.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, replace, repair, test, and adjust electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery and equipment.
- Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facility systems.
- Procure spare parts and services, including contractor selection, administration, and management, to support maintenance activities and projects.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and repair/calibration records for all equipment.
- Plan and manage general maintenance activities and special projects.
- Lead, coordinate, and schedule the daily responsibilities of the maintenance team.
- Support facility safety programs and environmental compliance initiatives.
- Identify opportunities and assist in upgrading existing equipment to more efficient and productive alternatives.
- Continuously monitor and improve equipment performance to minimize downtime and maximize operational reliability.
Manage, monitor, and ensure compliance with departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Ensure the continuous and safe operation of CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, auxiliary equipment, and plant facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage the human, material, and financial resources of the maintenance department.
- Ensure compliance with the department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Minimize equipment downtime and unplanned production interruptions.
- Coordinate the troubleshooting and resolution of critical equipment failures.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and ensure implementation of effective corrective actions.
Supervise the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and technologies.
