Estudiante de último año o recién egresado de Arquitectura o carrera afín.
Conocimientos en AutoCAD, Revit y SketchUp.
Manejo de software de renderizado y visualización 3D.
Manejo de software de edición gráfica.
Inglés intermedio a avanzado (deseable).
Habilidades de organización, análisis, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
Principales deberes y responsabilidades
ACTIVIDADES A REALIZAR
Diseñar y conceptualizar proyectos arquitectónicos y de construcción.
Elaborar planos, renders y documentación técnica para cotizaciones y aprobación de proyectos.
Coordinar y dar seguimiento a la ejecución de proyectos, contratistas y proveedores.
Monitorear presupuestos, cronogramas e indicadores de proyectos.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas de construcción, seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
Identificar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora durante el desarrollo de los proyectos.
