Responsibilities:
Provides operational and analytical support across Production Planning, Purchasing (MRO), and Materials Planning. This role ensures a continuous flow of raw materials, optimizes indirect inventories, and aligns daily manufacturing schedules with customer demand
Track and monitor Material Requirements Planning (MRP) outputs to guarantee on-time material availability.
Monitor inventory metrics (days on hand, safety stock levels) to prevent stockouts and avoid excess inventory.
Rise alerts regarding potential shipment delays.
Issue, process, and track purchase orders (POs) for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies, tooling, consumables, and facility services.
Coordinate with Accounts Payable to match POs against receipts and vendor invoices for smooth payment processing.
Monitor production plan execution and log any identified bottlenecks or schedule variances
Support the consolidation of daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand and forecasts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 to 4 years experience in materials, purchasing, logistics, or warehouse operations.

Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel proficiency
