Your tasks:

Planning and coordinating production processes, equipment, and facility resources

Leading manufacturing and industrial engineering projects from concept through implementation

Managing project timing, budgets, and deliverables

Designing efficient, ergonomic, and safe manufacturing workstations

Developing plant layouts and manufacturing concepts using AutoCAD

Evaluating new equipment, supplier proposals, and technical specifications

Conducting feasibility studies and support manufacturing readiness activities

Collaborating with operations, quality, maintenance, logistics, and engineering teams

Supporting new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives

Coordinating with international project teams and stakeholders

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field

5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, production planning, or project management

Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred

Experience leading projects in a high-volume manufacturing environment; assembly manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and manufacturing layout development

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

English proficiency required; German language skills are a plus

Willingness to travel occasionally for project support. Travel: <10%
