Overview:
Monitor internal and external software systems to support Supervisors by tracking production vehicle receipt, storage, and shipment via rail and/or car carrier. Assist customers in resolving issues and answering questions related to the product or service.
Job Description:
- Prepare and submit reports to the Supervisor for approval in a timely manner before they are distributed daily to internal and external customers.

Accurately analyze information from the WITS & VTIMS systems.

Coordinate with the Operations team to plan vehicle shipments and manage yard operations.

Be able to work 12-hour shifts and maintain flexibility to work extended hours, rotating shifts, and weekends as required.

Transmit EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) files between internal systems and customer systems.

Update daily shipping plans due to vehicle holds, campaigns, or other operational changes.

Validate vehicles shipped by the rail and car carrier (car-haul) teams.

Participate in meetings and conference calls with internal and external customers.

Perform other duties as assigned. These responsibilities are illustrative and not intended to be all-inclusive or limiting.

Back up captured data to ensure information integrity and availability.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to operational systems.

Report any anomalies that could jeopardize the safety or quality of the operation to the Supervisor promptly.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completed or partially completed Technical Degree, internship, or related field.
Knowledge: Administrative IT, familiarity with information technologies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (English version).
Experience: Knowledge of data entry, inventory management, customer service, and customer-focused support.
Language Requirement: Not required.
Travel Availability: Yes, based on operational needs.
