· Strong experience in SAP SD processes and support activities.
· Proficient in Japanese and Chinese communication for business and stakeholder interactions.
· Capable of supporting batch job monitoring and issue resolution.
· Hands-on knowledge of EDI interfaces, integration scenarios, and troubleshooting.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams and integrated SAP environments.
· Good understanding of Japan-specific legal and tax requirements.
· Ability to provide production support, incident management, and continuous service improvement.
· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to support EDI-related processes, integration requirements, and business-critical operations in a Japanese business environment.
Role 2. SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant with Japanese, Chinese & English Language Skills
· Strong experience in SAP MM processes including procurement, inventory management, and logistics support.
· Proficient in Japanese and Chinese communication for business and stakeholder interactions.
· Capable of supporting batch job monitoring and issue resolution.
· Hands-on knowledge of EDI interfaces, integration scenarios, and troubleshooting.
· Experience working with cross-functional SAP modules and integrated business processes.
· Good understanding of Japan-specific legal and tax requirements.
· Ability to provide production support, incident management, and operational enhancements.
· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to support EDI-related processes, integration requirements, and business-critical operations in a Japanese business environment.
