The Healthy Planet analyst is a specifically confirmed need for this engagement - a specialized role focused on population health management within Epic. Epic certification or proficiency in Healthy Planet (Epic's population health management module)

Hands-on experience configuring care gap identification, patient registries, population health dashboards, or quality measures within Epic

Familiarity with value-based care models, population health strategies, or quality reporting programs

Strong English proficiency - professional-level verbal and written communication for daily collaboration with US-based teams and hospital clients

Based in Mexico or Costa Rica, available to work full-time from a secure, on-site office

Valid US visa or passport - travel to Madison, Wisconsin for Epic certification training is required

Experience with HEDIS measures, quality reporting, or regulatory compliance programs

Background in public health, health informatics, or clinical quality improvement

Prior experience with Epic analytics tools (Cogito, Reporting Workbench, or SlicerDicer)

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards

Experience working with US-based clients or in a nearshore delivery model

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Configure and maintain Epic Healthy Planet workflows - including care gap logic, patient registries, population health dashboards, and outcomes tracking

Partner with quality improvement and population health teams to build analytics and reporting solutions within Epic

Support the configuration of quality measures aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements

Troubleshoot Healthy Planet application issues and implement sustainable solutions

Participate in testing cycles - unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing

Develop and maintain documentation and workflow materials for end users

Represent the engagement professionally in all interactions with hospital clients and quality stakeholders
