Roles and Responsibilities: Transportation & Logistics
- Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation services to internal staff, external personnel, and visitors.
- Perform local and out-of-town transfers as required, including trips to California.
- Transport foreign personnel within the city, ensuring adherence to schedules and professional conduct.
- Support transportation needs for corporate events, meetings, audits, and official visits.
- Maintain clear communication with requestors to confirm schedules, routes, and any changes to assigned agendas.
Safety & Compliance
- Comply with all company policies, traffic regulations, safety guidelines, and the Organization’s Code of Conduct.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, in accordance with safety policies.
- Immediately report any incidents, unsafe acts, or unsafe conditions related to transportation or vehicle use.
Vehicle Care & Maintenance
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in optimal operating condition, cleanliness, and professional appearance.
- Perform routine mechanical inspections of the vehicle (tires, brakes, lights, fluid levels, documentation, etc.).
- Report mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance needs promptly for preventive or corrective action.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation (insurance, registration, permits, inspections) is current and valid.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Collect, safeguard, and deliver administrative and confidential documents.
- Perform bank transactions and external errands as requested by the Finance or Administration departments.
- Manage external administrative procedures with local authorities (e.g., Civil Protection, Fire Department, government agencies), when applicable.
- Support internal events by assisting with logistics, transportation, and operational coordination.
- Ensure food service logistics are arranged for meetings or events when required.
