As our Loyalty Commercial Manager, you will own the commercial engine that converts everyday member spend into the program's largest and fastest-compounding revenue stream — full commercial ownership of the cobrand and financial-institution portfolio, and the everyday-spend partner network across retail, food delivery, and digital.
Your responsibilities will include:
Defining and owning the consolidated commercial strategy and multi-year roadmap for the cobrand and everyday-spend portfolio as a single card-spend revenue system.
Leading end-to-end management of cobrand card programs and points-transfer partnerships with tier-1 banks, card networks, and fintechs.
Structuring, negotiating, and committing economic terms of cobrand and payments agreements.
Owning the commercial strategy across retail, food delivery, and digital-entertainment partners
Designing and scaling card-linked offers, merchant-funded rewards, and top-of-wallet incentives that establish the Doters card as members' default instrument
Serving as principal commercial counterpart to C-level and SVP-level executives across financial institutions, card networks, and retail brands
Directly managing and developing a Specialist who owns independent commercial workstreams, and leading cross-functional teams across Legal, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Product, Tech, and Marketing
Owning the consolidated portfolio's revenue, margin, and P&L, along with full-funnel KPIs including spend per active card, category penetration, and points-liability ratio
Our ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
6 to 10 years of senior commercial, partnership, or loyalty leadership experience, including direct people management and full P&L ownership of complex, multi-partner revenue portfolios
Strong track record in commercial negotiation across financial institutions and consumer/retail partners
Solid understanding of cobrand and payments economics: interchange, MDF, signing bonus, and points-liability modeling
Experience in multi-ecosystem portfolio strategy and aggregate-economics decision-making
Proven ability in card-linked / everyday-spend monetization strategy
Experience engaging C-level and SVP-level stakeholders
Strong financial modeling, P&L management, and scenario planning skills
Postgraduate studies or certifications in Loyalty, Payments, Cobrand, or Commercial Strategy are a plus
