As HV Substations – Project Engineer (PE), you would be working with a multi-cultural team of Project Managers, Engineers, Schedulers, Suppliers, Internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and on-time release of engineering packages for EPC Projects.
On this position you would be the technical leader supporting the project manager, guiding design decisions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and managing engineering scope, schedule, and budget. This role emphasizes technical fluency combined with strong technical leadership to support the successful delivery of complex EPC Substation projects. This role is the functional Project Manager of the engineering and technical support process for EPC projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Serve as the technical point of coordination on assigned projects, guiding design approach, reviewing technical content, and contributing directly to design as needed.

Coordinate closely with engineers, designers, commissioning staff, and other disciplines to ensure technical alignment and quality.

Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Lead the complete lifecycle from design and procurement to site construction, testing, and plant commissioning.

Track operational expenses, manage project controls for engineering resources, and deliver milestones safely, on time, and within allocated funds. Proactively manage project engineering and design risks, scope changes, and financial performance.

Serve as the primary client technical contact on assigned projects, fostering trust through technical understanding and clear communication. Support consistent project delivery standards, documentation, and quality practices across the team.

Organize and represent the technical project development team during internal reviews
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering and 7+ of experience in EPC project environments, heavy or electrical industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Fluent English language is a must.
- Strong background in technical design leadership, with the ability to contribute directly to electrical design and review. Demonstrated experience leading technical project teams and coordinating multidisciplinary efforts.

Solid understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients and project teams.
