What You'll Be Doing
- Define and execute the regional marketing strategy to support business growth and brand awareness across the Americas.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Plan and oversee participation in industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and partner activities, ensuring flawless execution and strong brand representation.
- Manage the development and production of marketing assets across digital and print channels, maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Oversee the company's digital presence, including website content and social media channels, ensuring content remains engaging, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives that support customer engagement and revenue generation.
- Drive branding initiatives and ensure alignment across all regional marketing activities.
- Identify opportunities to optimize marketing processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement best practices.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with executive leadership to align marketing priorities with overall business objectives and long-term growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities in a regional or international environment.
- Experience in the technology, physical security, surveillance, or video management industry is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese is required.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong background in event marketing, brand management, digital marketing, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting B2B commercial organizations, preferably within the technology or related industries.
- Experience with marketing analytics, content management systems (CMS), CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across multicultural teams.
