The position is specifically for a teacher that has experience with preschool and is open to new techniques/strategies for working with different grades, age, abilities in a ludic and organic manner. The teacher has to have consolidated group management skills, creativity and great communication with co-workers. It is very important that you have credentials to validate your level of english/teaching qualifications. Also 2-3 references that can be verified from previous institutions. The work schedule is from 7 a.m - 3 p.m (Monday - Friday). English teachers must take an AMI Assistants course, in order to be familiarized with the Montessori Philosophy and Method.
