Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Printing Machine Operator with hands-on experience in dye sublimation printing and large format/vinyl printing. The ideal candidate should have experience operating digital printing equipment for fabric graphics, signage, exhibition displays, and retail branding while ensuring excellent print quality and color accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate digital printing machines, including dye sublimation (paper transfer) and large format/vinyl printers.
- Handle production printing for fabric graphics, textile printing, signage, exhibition displays, and retail graphics.
- Perform color calibration, color matching, and color profile management to ensure accurate print output.
- Prepare, edit, and adjust artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Load media, manage inks, and perform routine printer maintenance.
- Inspect printed materials for quality and consistency before production.
- Maintain production schedules while following quality and safety standards.
- Operate Digital cutter machine for cutting Fabric, vinyl etc.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience as a Digital Printing Machine Operator, Digital Printer Operator, Large Format Printer Operator, Wide Format Printer Operator, Printing Machine Operator, or Production Printer Operator.
- Hands-on experience with dye sublimation printing and vinyl/large format printing.
- Strong knowledge of color calibration, ICC color profiles, and color matching.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of printing materials such as fabric, textile, vinyl, backlit media, and display graphics.
- Experience in ink management, media handling, and basic printer maintenance.
- Basic English communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience operating industrial digital printing equipment for fabric or textile printing.
- Exposure to fabric graphics, exhibition stands, trade show displays, retail branding, or signage production.
- Knowledge of RIP software such as Caldera, ONYX, or NeoStampa will be an advantage.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,800.00 per week
