Senior Sourcing Specialist
LatAm
RemoteAbout the Role
We're looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist who knows how to find talent, not wait for it. This role is built for someone deeply skilled in proactive sourcing, outbound outreach, and pipeline generation, with a specific focus on sourcing talent from Latin America or a strong ability to build and tap into LatAm talent networks.
You may specialize in Executive Assistants, Marketing roles, or Technical roles. You don't need to cover everything: what matters is that you're exceptional in at least one domain, have strong access to or knowledge of the LatAm talent market, and know how to consistently surface strong candidates through targeted sourcing, sharp judgment, and effective outreach.
This is not a coordination or resume-review role. You'll own sourcing strategy end to end, operate with autonomy, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to fuel high-quality hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities-
Own proactive sourcing for roles within your specialization, building targeted strategies based on role context, seniority, and LatAm market dynamics
-
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and creative outbound methods, mapping talent pools before roles are fully saturated
-
Write personalized outreach that drives strong response rates, testing and iterating on messaging, sequencing, and channels
-
Build authentic candidate relationships and keep candidates engaged through early-stage conversations and handoff points
-
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand success profiles, screening for signal over volume
-
Keep sourcing pipelines clean, current, and well-documented in the ATS, tracking response rates and pipeline health
-
Flag market risks or supply issues early and adjust sourcing plans accordingly
-
Share sourcing insights, talent trends, and market feedback that inform hiring decisions and workflows
What We're Looking For-
4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting with a heavy sourcing focus
-
Based in Latin America or with a demonstrated ability to source and build pipelines from LatAm talent markets
-
Deep specialization in one of: Executive Assistants and senior support roles, Marketing roles, or Technical roles
-
Proven ability to generate candidates proactively, not just screen inbound applicants
-
Strong written communication skills in English, ideally Spanish as well
-
Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple active sourcing efforts simultaneously
-
Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Nice to Have-
Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to conduct outreach and candidate conversations in both languages
-
Existing LatAm talent network or community connections across your specialization
-
Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools or recruiting automation
-
Startup or high-growth environment experience
-
Experience sourcing across multiple LatAm countries, including Bolivia, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, or Chile
Work Schedule-
100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
-
This position operates on a full-time basis, with dedicated hours to ensure alignment with the team and delivery of quality work
-
Availability during US business hours
Compensation & Time Off-
Compensation paid in USD
-
Paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th
-
Paid Time Off according to company policy
-
Holidays observed according to company guidelines
