Be the Heart of Someone's Journey to Parenthood
At MSJ, surrogacy isn't just a service — it's a life-changing partnership. Behind every successful match is a team dedicated to ensuring surrogate mothers feel understood, supported, and valued from their very first enquiry. We're looking for a Concierge Manager – Surrogate Experience to join one of the most important and fundamental teams within MSJ: the team that turns a surrogate's "yes" into a fully supported journey.
If you're a natural communicator with a genuine passion for people, and you thrive in a role that blends recruitment, relationship-building, and hands-on support, this could be your next chapter.
What You'll Do
- Guide the recruitment journey – Participate in the surrogate mother recruitment process, ensuring every candidate meets MSJ's established standards and requirements.
- Turn enquiries into connections – Process surrogate enquiries passed on from the engagement team, giving each one the attention it deserves.
- Listen and understand – Take the time to understand each potential surrogate's motivations for wanting to join MSJ, building trust from the first conversation.
- Own the registration process – Supervise and follow up on surrogate registrations, verifying all required information is complete, accurate, and recorded on time.
- Support team goals – Work closely with the Membership Manager to help meet recruitment targets for the Mexico City operation.
- Be there in person – Accompany surrogate mothers to clinical appointments, offering logistical and emotional support when it matters most.
- Assess and qualify – Conduct video calls with surrogate mothers, evaluating pre-qualified applications against MSJ's set criteria.
- Keep things running smoothly – Handle administrative tasks including updating databases, filing documents, and preparing reports using HubSpot and Microsoft Teams.
What You Bring
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience using a CRM (preferred).
- Fluent English, written and spoken (desirable).
- Background in recruitment, hospitality, or sales (desirable).
- Confident communication skills and a sharp, solutions-focused mindset.
- Empathy, discretion, and genuine care for the people you work with.
A Few Practical Notes
- This is a full-time role at 40 hours per week.
- The schedule is rotational and flexible, shaped by business and operational needs — specific working hours will be confirmed with the successful candidate. This includes 1–2 Saturdays per month.
Why MSJ?
Because every candidate you speak with is trusting you with one of the biggest decisions of their life. If you want a role where empathy meets impact — and where administrative precision supports real human connection — we'd love to hear from you.
