Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise work teams, ensuring compliance with department goals and KPIs.
- Interpret electrical diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of electrical testing for wiring harnesses and components.
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment performance.
- Perform failure analysis and follow up on corrective actions.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability.
- Prepare and monitor production, quality, and maintenance reports.
- Apply continuous improvement tools such as 5S, Kaizen, 5 Why, and Pareto Analysis.
- Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, waste, rework, and equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
