Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated IT Systems Engineer to join our team at a leading aviation company specializing in innovative solutions and high-quality services for aircraft certification and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a technical foundation in information technology, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve IT tickets via phone, messaging, or email.
- Assist with database management using MS SQL.
- Utilize knowledge of XML and JSON as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding by setting up and removing user accounts and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the IT industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility and willingness to provide support across multiple programs and projects as needed.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
