Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced chief to our Baja operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in factory environments. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing assembly line processes, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. The chief will play a critical role in enhancing productivity and fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the assembly line, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor workflow and address any issues that may arise during production.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, ensuring they are maintained in good working condition.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing facility.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory levels, and employee performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred

Sueldo: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mes
